Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AMREST COMPANION (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Application is an internal company tool provided exclusively for authorized employees and contractors of AMREST.

Your use of this Application is subject to these Terms of Service, company policies, and your employment or contractor agreement with AMREST.

Authorized Use

This Application is intended solely for:

• Authorized employees and contractors of AMREST
• Legitimate business purposes related to your job duties
• Processing, managing, and tracking company work and projects

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Attempt to access areas of the system for which you are not authorized
• Use the Application for any purpose other than authorized business activities
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any confidential company data outside of authorized channels
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
• Use the Application to store or process personal non-work-related data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this Application—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software—are owned by AMREST and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any data, reports, or work product created using this Application is the property of AMREST.

Data and Content

All data entered into or generated by this Application is company property. By using this Application, you acknowledge that:

• All work-related data you input belongs to AMREST
• Data may be monitored, logged, and reviewed for quality control and compliance purposes
• You have no expectation of privacy regarding work-related data entered into this system
• Data must be handled in accordance with company confidentiality policies

Chrome Extension

If you use the AMREST COMPANION Chrome extension in connection with this Application:

• The extension must only be used for authorized work purposes
• All data captured by the extension is company property
• You must use the extension in accordance with company IT policies
• The extension should only be installed on work-authorized devices

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Application is provided "as is" for internal business use. While we strive to maintain system reliability and accuracy, AMREST does not warrant that:

• The Application will be available at all times without interruption
• The Application will be free of errors or defects
• Any errors in the Application will be corrected immediately

Please report any issues or bugs to the system administrator promptly.

Enforcement and Termination

Violation of these Terms of Service may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Application
• Disciplinary action in accordance with company policies
• Legal action if warranted by the severity of the violation

Your access to this Application may also be terminated upon the end of your employment or contractor relationship with AMREST.

Changes to Terms

AMREST reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
